  1. I’m in the slam the alarm from 6:00 – 6:30 am club. At the suggestion of my husband, after I eat and exercise in the morning, I work on my current writing goal before anything else. It’s really made a difference in my life.

    1. I laughed out loud when I read “slam the alarm” Liz. You have a brilliant way of crystallizing a vision of the morning “wake-up” symbol that appears in every book and movie. You continue to inspire me!

  2. Thank you, the two of you, for your conversation, interesting really. The few details that you were able to outline gave me the desire to read the book, Is it on Audible? I understand the idea of 5:00 a.m., the mind is fresh and the house is quiet. And, especially if you have a full morning of work and have to leave home in time to prepare and start work. Aside from that, the morning hours with morning energy is a good time for reading. Some of the points you mentioned that the book talks about are of interest to me–so, here I am in search of this book! !|

    1. Check with Sarah – I know that she would be very pleased to share this book which I believe may be on Audible or from local library. Sarah has many sources for her books. I remember when my days started our at 5am to make the commute to work via the Skytrain. It was a great time to study. Every day, I would pass by a open park area and see a people practicing tai chi as the sun came up on a new day.
